Game support

For help with Angry Hamster, email wirtsoftware@gmail.com. Include your device model, iOS version, app version and a short description of what happened. Please don’t send passwords or payment details.

How to play

Hold your device in landscape. Pull back from Bean to aim, then release to launch. Collect nibbles for more height, avoid hazards and land in the exit at the top of each course.

Full Game Unlock

The first level and Storybook skin are free. The optional one-time purchase unlocks nine more levels and three extra game skins with their sounds. It is not a subscription.

If you already purchased, use Restore Purchases on the Full Game screen or in Settings while signed in to the Apple Account used for the purchase. If Apple is unavailable, try again when you have an internet connection.

Apple handles payments and refunds. For a purchase issue or refund request, visit Apple’s purchase support.

Sound

Check that Sound effects is enabled in Settings and raise your device’s media volume. Enabled game sounds can play while Silent Mode is on. Audio also pauses when the game is paused or sent to the background.

Game Center and saved progress

Game Center is optional. Connect on a course introduction or enable sharing in Settings. You can continue playing offline without it. Personal bests and saved runs are stored on your device; deleting the app removes that local copy.
